A: I'm best utilized when organizations are going through a high-level change (new leaders, merger/acquisition, new strategic plan, etc.). I bring extra stability, structure, and focus to help teams navigate questions around strategy and culture.

A: Engagements are designed around your organization's needs, priorities, and timeline, usually lasting from 3 - 9 months to get you grounded and on your way. Typical elements include leadership interviews and discovery, meeting design and facilitation, project management, and documentation of things like work plans and progress review cadence.
